Default Getting error Error number: 0x800B0100 when trying to run Microsoft Update

I've searched and located a lot of recomendations and have tried most of them and still, the only way the MS update will work is if I completely disable ZA.MS recomemended loading some DLL files through run, did that.
The ZA forums suggested changing some of my privacy settings for the MS update sites, did that.
This error shows up as soon as the MS update site loads.
    This is what shows up.

Reset the ZA database and see if this fixes the problem. This way:

Boot your computer into the Safe Mode

Navigate to the c:\windows\internet logs folder

Delete the backup.rdb and iamdb.rdb files in the folder

    Clean the Recycle Bin

    Reboot into the normal mode

ZA will be just like new with no previous settings or data

If there is other security installed, these could be causing the issues.
