    Default Scanningprocess.exe repeated alert after installation

    Operating System:
    Windows XP ProZoneAlarm Security Suite v 7.0.462.000TrueVector v 7.0.462.000Driver Version v7.0.462.000Anti-virus Engine version 3, DAT file version 941793755Anti-Spyware, DAT file version 01.200712.3085AntiSpam v

    Scanningprocess.exe set up as; SmartDefence=Auto; Trust Level=?; all other also set to ?

    When starting a anti-virus scan, keep on getting Scanningprocess.exe alert message;

    Tick "Apply to all" with ALLOW, but message keeps on re-occurring.

    >> This happened only after upgrading to latest version of ZoneAlarm.

    Hi!sounds like a corrupted install or damaged ZA database. Was it an upgrade? Did you kept your previous settings or restore them from a backup?Other user with the same problem have resolved it by resetting the ZA database.This way:1.) Hold down the Ctrl and Shift keys together
    2.) Right click on the ZA icon near your clock
    3.) Choose 'Reset' from the box that comes up
    4.) Choose Yes on the Reset Settings dialog box
    5.) When prompted, choose OK to restart your system
    6.) Follow the on screen configuration prompts after rebootIf this does not resolve the issue, please report it to ZA technical support at: Cheers,Fax
