Default Program Alerts on Multiple User Accounts

I currently have program alerts set to high.
Whenever a program alert shows up on my account, I allow
or deny the program access as needed.
When the computer is switched to another user, all of the alerts that I already acknowledge on my account come up on his or her account as if they had never been acknowledged.
We typically switch users instead of logging completely on and off.
    How do I fix this?

Looks like no one ever answered this question.

I have the same issue on XP Pro SP3, with ZASS 8.

    Anyone like to comment?

What happens when I use the "Switch User" function in XP?

    Maybe this might help.
