    Default Problems with ZA Intrusion blocked logs

    After installing a ZA automatic update, I can no longer view the status of the numbers of "intrusions blocked" or the "inbound protection" or the "outbound protection" -
    The whole log seems to be frozen at the numbers shown before the ZA update.
    I am not sure that ZA is working to protect me.
    PC is running XP SP 2 (and I haven't installed the new KB....update by MicroSoft).
    I am running ZoneAlarm suite version 7.0.483.000.
    I would appreciate some help.

    I have the same and this happened with the last update before Microsoft released the SP3. I had to set my firewall at medium instead of high on the firewall tab in order the let IncrediMail download e-mail from internet. This may be the reason, who knows. At times, I wish that I didn't renew subscription for 2 years.
