    So since you are a 'guru' (I assume that means Checkpoint Employee) and you obviously have read these posts, it seems that our reposting to another category should be unnecessary. Why don't you fix the problem
    or at least
    add this to your buglist instead of just telling us to ask again???
    And since reinstalling ZoneAlarm fixes the issue, why don't you (1) post that into this thread so new users can see the answer, and (2) tell us WHY reinstalling ZoneAlarm was necessary and if it will happen AGAIN on the NEXT update???
