    Hi,

Can anyone with ZA confirm that QMC isn't really a trojan? The web site confirms these messages have appeared with other virus scanners and have been removed in updates.

Thanks for the quick response. I did as you suggested and it says 3/32 found problems. What are your thoughts? Safe?

Hi!uuuhm, only Kasperky based AVs have detected it... it may be a false positive. To be sure, please zip the exe and password protect it. Send it to newvirus at kaspersky dot com. Subject: false positive.Include the password in the e-mail.You can even directly give the link to the download. If it is a false positive you will be notified by themalware analyst.Do you know this application from before? The site has been created less than 3 months ago.Is this a new application?Better you wait for the kaspersky response before installing.Cheers,Fax

Thanks again. It is a new URL. I've used it (at work) for a while now. When I was going through my bookmarks this morning, I decided to install it (at home) and found they had changed URL's. As you recommended, I'll forward the file on.
