    Default ZA forcefield and windows - blue screen

    Hey,
    After i installed my new ZA forcefield, i got a bluescreen msg from windows every time i tried to shut down og restart my computer.
    The msg said, that there was a problem with the new software i had installed.

    Some of my specs:
    Windows XP Pro with SP 3
    AMD Athlon 64 4000+
    2GB RAM


    Question:
    How do i get this problem away?

    Operating System:Windows XP Pro
    Software Version:
    Product Name:Other ZoneAlarm Product

    One way to recover would be to reboot into Safe Mode and uninstall ForceField. I don't have ForceField installed so I can't help you with getting it to work.

    I dont remember what code it was, but i will try to install it again and see.

    Its no problem to start the computer, but the problem is that i have to restart my computer every time i restart/shut down my computer. That takes time, because the computer have to try to find the error and correct it (its a window thing).

    It just says, that problem with the software that i just had installed.

    That error message is not 100% reliable. Sometimes the last program installed is just the straw that broke the camels back.
