My wireless internet won't work even though it acknowledges that I have a full signal. I repeatedly get this message:

The firewall has blocked Internet access to your computer (ICMP Echo Request ('Ping')) from [IP address].

There is no option to "allow access." How can I resolve this?



When I repair the wireless connection, it is unable to complete the "renewing IP address" step.
