I received the alert "Microsoft Update KB951748 is known to cause loss of internet access for ZoneAlarm users on Windows XP" and did what was suggested to work around, then installed the updated ZA version.
I am still getting intermittent disconnectivity.
I also find my email client, Outlook Express (OE)
won't send & receive intermittently.
For the past few weeks, prior to the above alert,
OE would suddenly shut down even though I was still online.
Both of these issues
are solved by restarting, but this has become very frustrating.
Any help to resolve these issues will be greatly appreciated...
