    Default KB951748 & ZA 7.0.483.000 still conflicting

    I had the dreaded freeze. Didn't know what the problem was, used system restore and all was fine. Downloaded the latest ZA and still fine. Then reinstalled the KB951748 and although I retain internet access it is painfully slow. Took off the KB again and back to full speed. Any ideas out there?

    Try a database reset:
    1) Ctrl + Shift right-click on ZoneAlarm System Tray icon

    2) Click Reset in popup box

    3) Click Yes in Reset Settings dialog box

    4) Click OK when prompted to reboot

    5) Follow onscreen prompts after reboot
