Default ", is trying to access taskmgr" Any ideas?

Hi, recently closed Steam then around 10 seconds later I get this

", is trying to access C/Windows(etc)/taskmgr" That isn't the exact path I was given but it was certainly trying to access task manager.
I have an image of the Program Control section here:

Basically there's no information about the process, just that it's 0kb.
Wondering if anyone knows what this could be? I have run full checks with AVG and Spybot, both up to date but have found nothing.
    Thanks for your time.
EDIT: Also, forgot to mention that as soon as I denied it access, Explorer.exe (Desktop icons/menus etc) basically shut itself down and the computer went into sleep mode.

    Operating System:
    Windows Vista Home Premium
    Software Version:
    7.1 (Vista)
    Product Name:
    ZoneAlarm Antivirus

what is the exact program and is there a site you downloaded from or was the program part of the computer itself
sounds like that the program maybe a malware or a trojan downloader
one way to check is to use the online scanner at
it maybe able to find more than what any other scanner can pick up hope this helps
    thanks robdog

It is not associated with a program or anything as shown in the image I provided.
Since then I have reformatted my computer, however today I check my firewall after an over heat and it says "yy" with double dots on top of each Y is trying to access advapi32.dll.
The only programs I have installed after reformat are:
    Your uninstaller

I have the same problem, even after reformat.

I have a feeling it has something to do with ZA-ISS and Vista.

Because this never happened to me when I used XP.

Vista is much more security buff (as can be seen how it prompts you CONSTANTLY whenever you want to run anything important).

Interested to see whether you found a fix?
