Default Zone Alarm System 32 suspicious behavior.

    Hello,
i am having trouble with my ZoneAlarm Security Alert <Suspicious Behavior>
Whenever i try to do a virus scan it always shows up as C:\Windows\System32\ZoneLabs\avsys\ScanningProcess .exe(ScanningProcess.exe) event=0 suvevent=0 class=1 "system","","&quot\When i press allow the same thing shows up.
After i press allow a couple more times
another Suspicious behavior pop up and it saysScanningProcess.exe is trying to communicate with \SystemRoot\System32\smss.exe by opening its process.
If i keep pressing allow everyone zone alarm security alert says Suspicious Behavior and has a system32 somewhere in it.
While the zonealarm virus scan is on, the time will run but it will not scan any files.

Hi!To repair this problem, please follow the steps below. Please note that this will remove your program permission settings (so you may want to make
note of them), but re-establishing them is a simple process.1.) Hold down the Ctrl and Shift keys together
2.) Right click on the ZA icon near your clock
3.) Choose 'Reset' from the box that comes up
4.) Choose Yes on the Reset Settings dialog box
5.) When prompted, choose OK to restart your system
6.) Follow the on screen configuration prompts after rebootCheers,Fax
