This is the first time I have used a Forum, so please bear with me, I hope I'm doing the right thing.
Recently I changed my printer to be accessed through a router, so that a remote computer on the same router could also use the printer.Since then my original computer has been showing errors such as "The instruction at "0x05d21548" referenced memory at "0x05d21548". The memory could not be "written"."This happens when I use the Print button on the website screen (such as printing a bank statement from a bank site) as opposed to when I use File - Print where the error does not come up.When I print some attachments on Outlook2003 I get a Microsoft error message & Outlook re-starts.
Does anyone know
if Zonealarm
is causing this & how to fix it?
