    Default Setting Trust Level in Security Suite

    Recently installed Security Suite. When I run CCleaner I get a popup Stating: CCleaner was prevented from changing the behavior of ZoneAlarm Security Suite by modifying the file: WINDIR\Internet Logs\ZALog.txt. I click for more info and get: ZoneAlarm Security Suite has blocked CCleaner from creating or opening a file. If you trust CCleaner and believe it requires a file to be opened or accessed, then you may want to change the Trust Level of this program.
    I have changed everything that I can find to correct this problem but no luck. What do I do to fix this?

    abcdefghijk,

    Does "I have changed everything that I can find to correct this problem but no luck." include giving CCleaner three green bars under trust level in programs? Was the change made with CCleaner closed? Did you try removing CCleaner from the program listing, then open CCleaner and respond to the prompts/alerts that Zonealarm throws up?
