I've suddenly started getting alerts from ZoneAlarm like this:
c:\windows\system32\zonelabs\avsys\scanningprocess .exe (scanningprocess.exe) event = 0 subevent=0 class=1 ("c:\progra~1\zonela~1\zoneal~1\mailfr~1\mant ispm.exe", "", ""
where the last part in brackets could be any number of different things like ("system", "", "" or one of the other components of ZA such as vsmon.
Because it suddenly started happening out of the blue I was a bit suspicious, so I initially clicked "deny" (without checking the "apply this setting to all suspicious behaviours..." box), but since it kept popping back up and it did seem to be generated by ZoneAlarm I gave up and decided to "allow" it. At first I didn't tick the checkbox to apply the setting to all suspicious behaviours, but since it still didn't go away I eventually did; however it STILL keeps popping up, even after repeatedly clicking "allow" and telling it to apply this to all the suspicious behaviours!
Does anyone have any ideas on how to stop these alerts? I'm running the most up to date version of Zone Alarm.
Windows XP Pro
