Default Zone Alarm Has Encountered A Problem..

After installing ZoneAlarm (the basic firewall version) on my PC (WinXP/Service Pack 2), it ran on my login without a problem. But when I created a new user ID for my son, he gets the
    very descriptive message:
"ZoneAlarm has encountered a problem and needs to
    close".!!
I've done a clean install (ie. Using "C:\Program Files\Zone Labs\ZoneAlarm\zauninst.exe" /clean.).I've downloaded the software again and then done another clean install.I deleted my sons XP login, created a new one, but the same thing happens.
Any ideas what could be causing this?
    The ZoneAlarm version is: 8.0.065.000.

    Operating System:Windows XP Home Edition
    Product Name:ZoneAlarm (Free)

Hi!have you tried to /clean remove but without removing your son account? For the rest, I have no idea on what is happening there...Also after first install login into your main account and double check it works then log-off and enter in your son account and not viceversa.Cheers,Fax

    Yep...tried all those.
Even tried creating a third XP user (my
son's account is set to administrator!!) with a 'limited account'. Same thing is occuring.
This was not happening on my previous PC when I had the exact same set up...but with an earlier version of ZoneAlarm.
Could this be a license problem??

Hi!license? Was there installed a licensed version of ZA before?Have you tried to reset the ZA settings?1.) Hold down the Ctrl and Shift keys together
2.) Right click on the ZA icon near your clock
3.) Choose 'Reset' from the box that comes up
4.) Choose Yes on the Reset Settings dialog box
5.) When prompted, choose OK to restart your system
6.) Follow the on screen configuration prompts after rebootIs the system free of malware?Cheers,Fax
