After installing ZoneAlarm (the basic firewall version) on my PC (WinXP/Service Pack 2), it ran on my login without a problem.But when I created a new user ID for my son, he gets the

I've done a clean install (ie. Using "C:\Program Files\Zone Labs\ZoneAlarm\zauninst.exe" /clean.).I've downloaded the software again and then done another clean install.I deleted my sons XP login, created a new one, but the same thing happens.
Any ideas what could be causing this?
The ZoneAlarm version is: 8.0.065.000.
