Default ZA and Local Security Authority Process

Every few times I boot up, I get a ZA firewall alert that the "Local Security Authority Process" is trying to act as a server. I usually choose "Deny" (and I don't check "remember&quot, and I don't notice any problems because of this, but can anyone tell me if this program actually needs server rights or should I just permanently deny it access? Thanks.

    Operating System:Windows Vista Ultimate
    Software Version:8.0
    Product Name:ZoneAlarm Internet Security Suite

That is okay...if the IP is 0.0.0.0....it is still only an internal connection ans is not an internet connection(s).
