Default no network wizard - limitation in ZA Free, or ???

I am running Zonealarm V 8.0.298.0 on Vista Home Premium.

I connect to a variety of wifi hotspots - home, plus a number of public ones - and ZA never brings up the Network Wizard - it just makes its own choice about whether to place the network in Trusted or Internet. I do have one zone entry for home, using entry type Subnet - that I think I added manually. But when ZA creates a new entry - I think it always uses the type Adapter Subnet - it is usually wrong. So I have to go in and change it - and I don't always remember.

Is there some reason it does not ask? I don't see a setting in this version (looking under Firewall - Main - Advanced) to turn it on or off. Is this a limitation in the Free version, or just mine?

    Thanks
    Dan

Look at Compare All Products at this Link :

    http://www.zonealarm.com/security/en...e-software.htm

Click on Safe & Easy ( Free firewall doesn't support Wireless PC Protection. )
