Thread: Weatherbug will not refresh

    Default Weatherbug will not refresh

    Have insured that Weatherbug.exe and all its variations are placed in the trusted zone of ZA (also in Internet Explorer (v.6). Several contacts with Weatherbug support; followed all their advice. Still no luck. ZA shows that it continues to block access by weatherbug.exe, showing it "lock enabled". Can't change it to allow.

    Go to your ZA Program Control > Programs List, locate the Weather Bug application, right click on it, the select 'remove' and close Weather Bug. Now open Weather Bug again and you should get a ZA Program alert when it tries to access the internet. Click 'apply' and remember this box. Did that fix it?

    Thanks,I've tried it but have to wait a bit to see if, after it is reopened and sits in the systray for a while, it will refresh. Will let you know if it worked.
