If anyone from Zone Labs is monitoring this forum, I have to say that I'm terribly disappointed with what Zone Labs calls Tech Support, and with the version of Zone Alarm Pro which I purchased ( 6.1.737.000 ). The recurring problem which I have had is with True Vector shutting down. I have read other messages on the Zone Alarm forums concerning the same problem, which Zone Labs does not seem to take seriously. The first response which I had from Tech Support did not address the problem at all. They were confused and gave me advice about a totally unrelated matter. When I brought that to their attention, they admitted that they had goofed, and then told me to uninstall Zone Alarm, and do a clean install again. That was impossible. I was not able to download any version from the web site, so I reverted to a backup which I had on a disc. Naturally, that put me back with the same version, with the same problem.Normally, I am not a complainer and can often resolve computer glitches on my own. This time however, I'm stuck with a faulty product withwhich Zone Labs does not appear to want to take responsibility. Now what?
