Thread: Component window remains empty?

    Default Component window remains empty?

    I can never see my components, even after several full uninstall-reinstalls...I can see the Programs, but thecomponent window is always empty... How can I get them to show?

    There is no switch to show or not show your components. Either your database or ZA installation is corrupt. Try resetting your database first. Reset the database this way; you will lose your customizations and will need to reconfigure Zone Alarm.

    1. Boot your computer into the Safe Mode. {Instructions if needed}
    2. Navigate to the c:\windows\internet logs folder.
    3. Delete the backup.rdb and iamdb.rdb files in the folder.
    4.Reboot into the normal mode.
