Default Problem with installing games with zonealarm installed

When attempting to install Dawn of War or Fable, they both produce the same error message (_isX.tmp has encountered a problem and needs to close, where X is
a number) with no option of sending a report to microsoft
the only solution to my problem was to uninstall zone alarm suite
(just shutting it down didnt work)
rebooted the PC & then tried to install DoW & Fable... both installed 1st time with no errors !!!reinstalled zone alarm & my PC was still running happy... but this is a workaround at best & a failure in the zonealarm software at worst.
other games that i have work perfectly eg Battlefield2, Guild Wars, Quake4 &
    FEARI am using the
free trial to see if i want to fork out the
    50 for a full licence
    Running Fresh install XP-Pro SP2 with Dx9c

    Operating System:Windows XP Pro
    Product Name:ZoneAlarm Internet Security Suite
    Software Version:6.0

Have you sent an e-mail to ZoneLabs tech Support about this?
