Default ASPX Web Page Administartor access blocked

I recenlty purchased ZA Pro and
    need help configuirng
it to be able to use IIS and SQL Server Express.
I am attempting to learn ASPX using an ASPX Starter Kit
web page template, Portal (CSVS), which has a user
    login feature.
The login feature does not function
unless I turn off zone alarm.

    Operating System:Windows XP Pro
    Product Name:ZoneAlarm Pro
    Software Version:6.1

DO you have your trusted zone in ZA on medium? Also do you have 127.0.0.1 in the trusted zone?

Are you getting any errors? Try turning off the privacy settings.

I'm not getting any errors. Everything works when Cookie control and Ad Blocking are both set to OFF. If either control is set to any other setting, I can not log on to the site--it simply returns to the default page.

Also, I deleted some programs from the Program Control list and got the site to funtion using Visual Studio by mapping to the site through the File System, but it still does not function using IIS unless the Cookie Control and Ad Blocking control are turned off.
