    Default problems opening javascript popups

    I use ZA suite and I can't open things like "add image to blog" etc, that use javascript, I have to disable za so I can open these things. also when I try and go to photo bucket I can't get in if ZA is running, I have tried to allow it and all that but I have to disable again to get in. It is very frustrating, any ideas?

    Do you have your Mobile Code control in your Main Privacy page turned on? If so, turn it off, refresh the page , and try again.

    First try this. Go to your ZASS > Privacy > Site List, click on the 'add' button, enter the URL of the page with which you're having the problem, then click 'ok'. Now locate the site you just entered on the Site List, right click on it and select 'options'. Next go through all three tabs to uncheck everything and click 'apply' as you go through each tab. Now clean your browser cache and try the site again.

    If that does not work, then it could be your Privacy database is corrupt and needs to be reset. Here's how.

    <legend>Database Reset</legend>Reset the database this way; you will lose your customizations and will need to reconfigure Zone Alarm.

    1. Boot your computer into the Safe Mode. {Instructions if needed}
    2. Navigate to the c:\windows\internet logs folder.
    3. Delete the backup.rdb and iamdb.rdb files in the folder.
    4.Reboot into the normal mode.
    </fieldset>
