    There is nothing in Zone Alarm with Antivirus that should block access to your bank unless there are 'Pro' features enabled in your firewall. By chance did you give Zone Alarm Pro Trial a test run? First I would suggest that you right click on your Zone Alarm icon in your system tray and select 'shutdown Zone Alarm'. Now clean your browser cache and try your bank site. If you can get in ok, then try resetting your Zone Alarm database to clear the 'Pro' settings. Reset the database this way; you will lose your customizations and will need to reconfigure Zone Alarm.

    1. Boot your computer into the Safe Mode. {Instructions if needed}
    2. Navigate to the c:\windows\internet logs folder.
    3. Delete the backup.rdb and iamdb.rdb files in the folder.
    4.Reboot into the normal mode.
