I'm unable to connect to the DNS server through Blueyonder internet because of a "firewall configuration" problem. I tried disabling Zone alarm pro and Windows own firewall but the problem still recurs, even when Zone Alarm is uninstalled. I'm told by

technical support that Za pro has changed a setting which remains even after removal
