Default ZA blocks my home network IPs, ignores Trusted Zone

My router gets blocked by ZA. There are 3 IP addresses, all in the Trusted zone separately and as a range.
The system works well for minutes or hours, and then the internet connection dies, and I find it's blocked again. There's no consistency or pattern.
Why does it block IP addresses that are in the Trusted zone? Why can
I add an IP address to Trusted, even though there's already an identical entry?
Running XP-sp2 on wired and wireless connections.

    Operating System:Windows XP Home Edition
    Product Name:ZoneAlarm (Free)
    Software Version:6.1

    Hi carolef
Try two things.First add your network (that ZA detected, something like 192.168.1.0/255.255.255.0) to the trusted zone of ZA. Then add the ip's of the DHCP and DNS servers to the trusted zone.Follow this link http://forum.zonelabs.org/zonelabs/b...d=23056#M23056
If this last one doesn't solve the problem, in firewall, main internet zone security, click custom and then in both trusted and internet check 'allow outgoing DHCP/DNS'.Please give the feed back.
    Best regards
