All of a sudden ZoneAlarm is not letting my Norton do its Live Update. I have followed Symantec Directions by shutting down ZA to see if that was the problem. Sure enough the Live Update was successful. Symantec message say " to change the setting in ZA so that file "C:\Program Files|Symantec\LiveUpdate\LuComServer*.exe" be allowed to connect to the Internet. I have searched for instructions of how to do this with no luck. Can anyone help me out?
