Default GoToMyPC hangs with ZA security messsage

I use GoToMyPC constantly, to work on my office computer from home. But whenever Zone Alarm pops up a security alert about a changed program - even something as simple as a Word update which was installed automatically - I cannot hit either "allow" or "deny" through GoToMyPC. Basically, that means the program locks up until I get to my office and click "allow" (and "remember this setting").

the GoToMyPC people say it's because ZA doesn't allow any access to the 'net until that button is pressed, but there's got to be some answer to this. If anyone can help, I would be most appreciative.

I have the same problem with Remote Administrator. I've contacted tech support, and hope they'll be able to solve the problem. If not, then I'm going back to Windows Firewall and upgrade my hardware firewall. I've had it with these software firewalls.
