Thread: Thunderbird blocked

    Default Thunderbird blocked

    Just installed new updates for Thunderbird and now ZA will not allow access to server.

    I understand that ZA does not recognize the new updated program, but cannot seem to figure out how to correct this.

    Any help or advice will me much appreciated.

    Zone Alarm should ask you by way of Alerts for each of the program components that have changed. The Alert will inform you that a program component has changed and will ask you to acknowledge if this is okay.

    You should always check the 'Properties' of each component to ensure it is not a virus or trojan trying to hijack a legitimate component. Check the 'Version' tab to make sure the component is legitimate. Do this for EVERY Alert - tedious but necessary!
