    Default Unable to access home network and printer

    Anyone able to advise and assist.
    I have version 6.5.737.000 and did update today.
    THis problem has occured for the last 3 days.
    Nothing easy, ie rebooting, renewing, and decreasing the security setting has helped???

    Operating System:Windows XP Home Edition
    Product Name:ZoneAlarm (Free)
    Software Version:6.5

    Add your network to trusted zone (I assume it should be something like 192.168.1.0/255.255.255.0) and give full access in both trusted and internet to your printer executive and server rights too but only in trusted zone.Deny server internet (put a red cross under server internet).Best regards

    Hi,

    Can you offer steps?

    1. Open up zone alarm
    2. Firewall tab-->Zones
    3. Internet security zone: Bar at High? Trusted zone: bar at high?
    3. Advanced--> ?? There's Host site, IP address, IP range, and subnet. Which do I choose?

    I access router w/: http://192.168.0.1

    Not sure what address for desktop w/ printer is.
