I have a webmail account on my web host provider, and I have difficulty accessing it when ZA is operating. Sometimes I can connect, but more often I can't. I can go through the login screen, but then I get a message telling me that I must be logged on to access the page it directs me to.
I have put the ip/url for the webmail in my trusted zone, and allowed everything for cookies at the same ip address, but it still does not work reliably unless I exit ZA. the problem happens across IE, Opera, and Firefox - it is either working with all of them or none, so it is not a browser issue. What am I missing?
