After contacting the Technical Support , I have received detailed instructions how to solve the problem,
yet it did not work. I
have to shutdown the ZASS in order to access Windows Live Messenger. I think that I shall go back to the Windows XP Firewall and the Norton Antivirus. I would appreciate receiving advice and help from fellow members.
