    The official 406>

The resource identified by the request is only capable of generating response entities which have content characteristics not acceptable according to the accept headers sent in the request.

Unless it was a HEAD request, the response SHOULD include an entity containing a list of available entity characteristics and location(s) from which the user or user agent can choose the one most appropriate. The entity format is specified by the media type given in the Content-Type header field. Depending upon the format and the capabilities of the user agent, selection of the most appropriate choice MAY be performed automatically. However, this specification does not define any standard for such automatic selection.
Note: HTTP/1.1 servers are allowed to return responses which are
not acceptable according to the accept headers sent in the
request. In some cases, this may even be preferable to sending a
406 response. User agents are encouraged to inspect the headers of
an incoming response to determine if it is acceptable.

If the response could be unacceptable, a user agent SHOULD temporarily stop receipt of more data and query the user for a decision on further actions.

    The simpler meaning>

    406 - Not Acceptable
The 406 status code means that, although the server understood and processed the request, the response is of a form the client cannot understand. A client sends, as part of a request, headers indicating what types of data it can use, and a 406 error is returned when the response is of a type not i that list.

Okay the entire issue is not involving the antispy or the antivirus or the actual internet firewall, but it is related to the Privacy of the firewall. I went to the site successfully with all filtering enabled and when I disabled the Mobile Code's filtering the site expanded with new features.

Solution is just make sure the site is listed in the Privacy site list and have all green checks beside. Be sure to right click the site and in rhe Options just disable all of the blockers and allow all cookies, VBScripts, ActiveX, javascripts, webbugs, private headers and such. Clean the browser's cache for cookies and files and reopen the browser and try it now with the cleaned cache and the allow all for the Privacy of the ZA. It should work now. See>

That site has got so much active script on it, I can see why ZASS won't allow it to open. See if this works. Go to your ZASS Privacy > Site List, click on the add button, enter www.osodatls.net then click 'ok'. Now locate the site you just entered on the Site List, right click on it and select 'options'. Next go through all three tabs to uncheck everything and click 'apply' as you go through each tab. Now clean your browser cache and try the site again.

That may not work. If it does not, then go to your ZASS Privacy > Main panel and turn off all your 'main' Privacy blocking...cookie control, ad-blocking, and mobile code. Then clean your browser cache again and see if it will now work.

    Default Thanks for help

The site opened onlly when I disabled cookie controls and Ad blocking in the main privacy window. However, adding the site to the site list and enabling all controls had no effect. So, what the site list is for ?!!!!

The site list is a customized list of sites.

Suppose you were doing some risky surfing. So the best way is to block as much internet content as possible. But then you want to check your on line emails or got to some favorite sites. Normally the content for these sites would be blocked. But with the list, it is possible to allow the content for the sites listed. So it really works on two levels- one way the slider and the custome buttons can be set to block lots and the other way is the favorite sites will still allow the content (right click the site in the list and in the Options, it is posible to make everything cutomized for the individual site).

The trouble is flash, displays, signins and some links and site features all use javascripts, activeX, VBScripts, java and webbugs and private headers (also known as referer). But the down side to these is that they are all exploited by malware and trojans and spyware. So the best approach is to block them. But if these are blocked, then the safe sites are no longer useable, so the custom setting in the Site list takes care of that problem. The favorite sites are set accordinly to allow things while the general setup of the content blocking can be blocking things at the same time.
The result is the safe sites work as they should and the general blocking can still be set to block all of the bad stuff. Makes sense?

My favorite for information about cookies, java, javascripts, hijacks, activeX, spoofs, users concerns about hackers and general internet security is this one>

It is long, but it does cover any question(s) that any user may have.

    Also check out>

This should provide an answer for your questions about the content itself. It does take some users a few days or weeks to figure some things out, but once they do understand what is happening, they all realise that they are now safer on the internet.
