Zone Labs sent me an email today asking what I thought of their tech support.
Guess what?
When you fill out the survey and click on the "send" button,
it causes the computer to freeze up so that I have to reboot to regain control.
I guess I don't have to state publicly how much I am underwhelmed by their so called "Tech Support".
