Default Unable to send SMTP email via Outlook Express after installing Zonealarm Internet Suite

I installed Zonealarm Suite at the weekend and I am now unable to send SMTP emails from Outlook Express.(Last email that I sent was over 2 weeks ago before the install - I was running ZoneAlarm Pro at the time).I can receive emails fine via POP3.Any suggestions or guidance?
I have disabled the Junk Mail checking facility. The programs list shows Outlook Express able to send email.

    Operating System:Windows XP Home Edition
    Product Name:ZoneAlarm Internet Security Suite
    Software Version:7.0

Hi!this is not normal. Even if, in thoery, it isnot necessary, have you tried to add your smtp server to the firewall trusted zone?Fax

I saw another thread that said put the IP address in, but I am not sure how to find the IP address!Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
However, I should advise that I
    also have a
    problem with Internet email
from my home PC that may or may not be linked to this. When I try and login to the same email account over the Internet (it is a webmail enabled account), it prevents me from connecting giving a weird message that says that I am trying to send an email that contains a virus signature. This is not true, as I am not even sending any email, I am just trying to login!
    When
I try logging in to the same webmail account from my work PC, it lets me in without any problems!
When I try and login to my wife's email account from the same provider (although this appears to be
a different SMTP/POP server) from my home PC, I am able to login without a problem.
Do you think that I should
remove the recent install of ZoneAlarm Internet Security Suite, and revert back to ZoneAlarm Pro?
I am puzzled / frustrated and don't know what to try next!

Have now managed to sort this out.No problem with Zone Alarm I am pleased to report. The problem is all to do with the fact that I also have just changed Broadband supplier. The old POP3 incoming works fine, but in order to send, I have to set up SMTP for the new supplier.
Once I had established the correct SMTP address, and configured Outlook Express, it worked fine (after spending about
5 speaking to Tech Support at each supplier). And the Webmail problem has also been resolved (apparently by magic!)
    Thanks for your help
