    Default http: 403 on many WEB pages

    Originally trying to download PHP and Apache. Got http: 403 messages all the time. Now find I get it on many WEB sites when moving through site, 403 error.Using IE 7 and ZA vs 7.0.337 which i have recently loaded. Ive got default settings for IE but moving around WEB still crops up with loads of 403 access forbidden pages.
    Now feel ZA settings may be the problem. Any help/advice des[peratley needed

    Problem solved.
    Privacy set to high levels for cookies etc. to get round this go to site-list and add the sites where you need to download from. enable all options (green ticks). Downloads then proceed smoothely from that site.
