    Default Locked Out/Stolen Laptop

About a year ago, a drama group Im in had a laptop stolen from us. It is a miracle, but the person must have felt guilt and it just showed up at the school door about four weeks ago. This person did multiple things to lock us out of the system however. Now that were finally into XP, we cant access the internet because the thief has Zone Alarm Pro activated to high levels with password protection.

Is there anyway to change the password or turn it off?

    Operating System:
    Windows XP Home Edition
    Product Name:
    ZoneAlarm Pro

    Easily fixed. Do this:

Boot your computer into the Safe Mode

Navigate to the c:\windows\internet logs folder

Delete the backup.rdb and iamdb.rdb files in the folder

    Clean the Recycle Bin

    Reboot into the normal mode

Password and all previous settings are gone.

    Cheers,
