I purchased, then tried to download, a 44-minute video from iTunes.
With each attempt, downloading started but then
repeatedly failed after about half the file was downloaded.
I then tried to download the same video from Amazon Unbox. Downloading never started. I got a message to check my Internet connection.
was fine at 100 Mbps.
This is looking like a Zone Alarm problem--that Zone Alarm is blocking the downloads.
How do I need to adjust Zone Alarm to allow downloads from iTunes and Amazon Unbox?
