He has not hijacked my thread.
He has my permission to respond as he seems to have a much better grasp of the situation that anybody else that I have talked with or herad from on this thread.
If the fix that you suggested worked you would have just said so.
The problem is within Zone alarm.
I do not use opera or any of its components.
I have been told ultimately by your tec support that I must contiually uninstall the zone alarm software and reinstall it loosing all my settings.
That is time consuming and as it turns out a useless solution.
Do you have a solution to this problem or is it beyond the expertise of your programers to fix?ThanksPaul
