This message I get from ZoneAlarm each time I start Word. Does sombody know where I can find the place in Word or elsewhere which triggers ZoneAlarm to show this warning?Kind regardsHans Peter

Office documents may need access for two reasons. They can contain embedded hyperlinks and may need to access the source documents across the net, and secondly it may need access to download other components or check for updates.

    Thank you for your
quick answer. What do you think about the idea to click ALLOW and permanently check REMEMBER THIS SETTING without knowing the reason?Kind regardsHans Peter

Personally I don't allows Office programs access, but you can always set it so they ask each time. Its not often they will need to access an external hyperlink. The exception of course is Outlook which needs permanent access to POP3, IMAP and SMTP servers.
