Default FTP Navigator Blocked ?

Am using Zone Alarm Free version. Works OK on most things. With my FTP Navigator I get two windows to allow access. When the first and second window is clicked allowed, the Navigator does not connect. When I uninstall Zone Alarm, the Navigator connects fine. Help please, and sorry if the solution is obvious.

    Operating System:Windows XP Pro
    Software Version:7.0
    Product Name:ZoneAlarm (Free)

ZAFree is just the Basic Firewall doing what it does Best..Any program on your Computer including "FTP Navigator ", that try to access the Internet, must be Granted Trusted and Internet Access to the Internet.Double Click on the ZA Tray Icon to bring up the ZA control Menu..Now Click on the Program Control and Click the Program TAB..Look down the list of programs in that list for FTP Navigator.. under "ACCESS" ,change "?" or "X" to Green Check Marks for both Trasted and Internet..Here is some more usefull information..The next Column is "ACCESS" Left Click in that Column and change Red X's to Green Check marks for "Trusted" and "Internet" accessChange all other Marks on that Line to "?" Question Marks for Ask..Now you should not have anymore problem with(That Program)or any other program listed in Program Control.. NOTE: Make sure all of the following Programs have Trusted and Internet access (2 Green Check Marks):a.) All Microsoft and Windows Programs have Green Check marks for Trusted and Internet Access..b.) Thanks George,

I tried that, and FTP Navigator now has green checks, but when I click on a server listing to connect, I get a blank list. (Even restarted my computer just in case the setting only resolved on reboot.) I know it is Zone Alarm which is doing this because when I uninstall it, the Navigator works fine, reinstall, and I get the same problem.

It is really kind of you to try and help. Thank you.

Thanks for your Feedback..Have you checked to see if there is an Update to your FTP Navigator?Perhaps they have a newer version that is more compatible with ZA 7?the only other thing I can think of is perhaps there is some other software conflicting with ZAFree? Also, if you comatact FTP Navigator Tech Support, maybe they have a patch for ZA so some suggestions?
    Good Luck..
