Default ZASS 7.0 with Cisco VPN Client 5.0

Hello - I gather there has always been a problem getting these 2 to work together, although my search didn't turn up anything with these 2 specific versions.
Is there a ZASS v7 workaround for the Cisco VPN Client v5 ?
    Thanks
    Mark

Hi!the general rule is always uninstall CISCO VPN before installing ZASS or upgrading to a new version of ZASS.I don't know if there is another rule apart from the above...Cheers,Fax

Sorry - I should have been more specific with my question
When I connect with the Cisco VPN client, and do a Start /
    Run
    to connect to
    '\\toplevelfolder\', it opens up a
    Windows Explorer window with \\toplevelfolder
in the address bar, but no folders or files showing below
Then I add a folder and share to the address bar, like '\\toplevelfolder\subfolder\share', and click "Go"
It tries for a minute, then I get the following error message: "Windows cannot find '\\toplevelfolder\subfolder\share'. Check the spelling..."
I tried shutting down ZoneAlarm, then clicked "Go" again back on the WE window. It prompted me for my user ID & password, and then let me right on in. I was able to navigate all around in
    \\toplevelfolder\subfolder\share

I turned ZoneAlarm back on, and tried to navigate around in that
share, and it gave me the "Windows cannot find..." message again
I turned ZoneAlarm back off, and it let me move all around in the share as before.
Are there some settings I can apply to allow me to VPN to this specific host?
    Thanks
    Mark

Hi!sorry, no experience with VPN. I only know that if you installed or upgradedZASS recently than you need to removeVPN and reinstall it to get it work.Or actually remove both, Install ZASS and then CISCO VPN.May be you can contact ZA technical support directly? www.zonealarm.com/tsform Cheers,Fax
