Default Why is ZA automatically in "Lock" mode at start up?

    I've downloaded and installed
the new version of ZA for the Windows
KB fix, thankfully everything works. When my cpu starts and all the programs load, ZoneAlarm starts up in "Lock" mode with the red lock icon.
All I do is uncheck the "Stop Internet Access" when I right click the icon and then I'm able to go online. I have my settings on "High" so that doesn't stop me from attaining internet access.
Is there a feature I need to change to stop ZoneAlarm from loading in "Lock" mode every time I start my computer? Thank you for the help and time.

    Hi!
sounds like the upgrade process did not go 100% well.
Probably you may need to reset your ZA settings.

To reset the settings do the following:
1.) Hold down the Ctrl and Shift keys together
2.) Right click on the ZA icon near your clock
3.) Choose 'Reset' from the box that comes up
4.) Choose Yes on the Reset Settings dialog box
5.) When prompted, choose OK to restart your system
6.) Follow the on screen configuration prompts after reboot

The "Lock" mode started before I installed the new fix. I believe it started after I downloaded the "corrupt"
Windows update 748. Even after I deleted the Windows update, it continued to "Lock", before the new ZA fix installation.

    Hi!
yes, still it can be due to ZA corrupted settings during the MS update.
