    Default SITE LOGIN PROBLEMS

    Hey, I go to many sites that I have to log into. Myspace is one of the top sites that I use and when I have my Zone Alarm Security Suite up and running, it won't let me log in. All it does is reload the page. When i shut down ZA Security Suite, it works great. I already added and allowed Myspace in the privacy site list, and under firewall, the expert tab, I added all the information in there and allowed it to go through. I want to know am I going to have to deal with this every time I log in, or is there a fix. If so please reply back or E-mail me at mugzy@wi.rr.com.     I thank you a lot but after doing all of that, nothing changed. None of the options changed. So just wondering if theres is anything more particular. If not thanks for the help.

    without All the Details,without the ability to sit in front of your Computer monitor and see what's going on..

    I could make a few other Suggestions, But, I think the best advice would be to to direct you to ZoneAlarm Tech Support, it is a Free Service for users of the paid version of ZoneAlarm like you have.. click on www.zonealarm.com/tsform(preferably with MS IE6 or IE7), Please give them as much detail about your problem and what you have tried already.. When you click on the "SUBMIT" button you will received an auto-generated confirmation email with your Case number usually within 30 minutes, and a responce from Tech Support ASAP.. Please keep a lookout fro Email from @zonelabs.com if you don't receive the case number email, take a look in your Junk E-mail or Phishing Mail folder..Good Luck, PS: if the First Solution they Give you does not work, Please Reply to their Reply and give more Details of the results to Tech Support so that they can Help you..Please keep us posted on what Solved you problem so we can use that to Help other Users..--------------------------------------------------------
