    Default unable to access zonealarm download site

    I am unable to access the download site for zonealarm (and several others). I have cookies enabled, but Firefox will not connect to the site on my Acer laptop. I can access it on my desktop, but would like to be able to download updates direct on my laptop. I am running AVG 8.0 anti-virus. Can anyone help?

If you have not installed any of the above ensure that NO left overs areon the system (they can conflict with the ZA install).
    You must go into ZA Overview/Preferences and UN-Check "Load ZoneAlarm Free on Startup"3. Reboot the Computer. 4. Install the new ZA update (clean or upgrade) and Accept the default Setting,( Do not Accept the Free Trial of the Security Suite) Accept Auto-Learn Mode and Choose Trusted Zone, not the Internet Zone..
