There hasn't been a post on this thread for a week so am I the only one still unable to access the Internet? I tried an upgrade install, a clean install, resetting Options, just about everything I could think of except to uninstall ZA completely. I don't think that would work since much of XP now seems broken. Many services cannot be started and I suspect that will remain the case if I uninstall.
Laptop running ZA Security Suite at whatever level they released when this happened in July (403?), XP Home.
Has anyone heard from support and/or called Microsoft?
