Default Help setting up Adobe Flash Player 9.0 in trusted programs

I am not able to access a web site needed for school due to ZA Firewall.
I assume that if I setup the program needed in my trusted programs, I will be okay.
However, I do not know how to set it (Adobe Flash Player 9.0) appropriately.
What would be the correct application for each of the following:
Smart DefenseTrust LevelAccess (Trusted and Internet)Server (Trusted and Internet)Send Mail
    Thanks for the help!

    Operating System:Windows XP Home Edition
    Software Version:7.0
    Product Name:ZoneAlarm Internet Security Suite

In addition make sure you have the latest adobe flash player 9.0.124; otherwise you do need to update it. Click here > http://www.adobe.com/products/flash/about/
    - there is some security 'holes' if you have old versions and an upgrade is highly recommended.
