    Default Can't access internet after downloading update

    I downloaded the zone alarm update yesterday and have been unable to access the internet ever since.
    I use WildBlue service.
    Has anyone else had this problem?
    Can anyone help me?
    I've also tried over and over to contact the technical support phone line and I'm unable to get through.
    What is going on!!!

    Operating System:Windows XP Home Edition
    Software Version:8.0
    Product Name:ZoneAlarm Internet Security Suite

    Hi!try to reset the ZA settings... Like this:1.) Hold down the Ctrl and Shift keys together
    2.) Right click on the ZA icon near your clock
    3.) Choose 'Reset' from the box that comes up
    4.) Choose Yes on the Reset Settings dialog box
    5.) When prompted, choose OK to restart your system
    6.) Follow the on screen configuration prompts after rebootCheers,Fax

    I also had the same problem.
    Today I updated my Security Suite and afterwards could not access the internet.
    I had to change my Internet Zone Security in the tab
    - Firewall/Main
    from High security to Medium.

    Dont really like that solution so
    if anyone finds an alternative fix please let me know!

    Oh my gosh, Fax! I think this worked! I did this and now I'm accessing the internet with ZA on! Thank you so much!!!
