    Default Netflix instant watch

    Have used ZoneAlarm for years and Netflix instant watch since they started the service with no previous issues.

    Upgraded to ZoneAlarm Extreme a few days ago. I now get no sound with my movies. Instant watch does work when I shut ZoneAlarm off, but I don't want to have to do that.

    Have tried giving Super Trust Level to Firefox and Windows Media Player with all server rights, to no avail.

    Is there another program (or programs) that I need to upgrade rights to?

    Hi!have you tried to turn ON the virtualization?Open ZoneAlarm, click Browser Security and go to Settings -> Advanced. Turn Virtualization on and see if you have the same issues.

    If the problem still happens, please follow these steps to troubleshoot.

    - Close all browsers
    - Open ZoneAlarm
    - Click Browser Security -> Settings
    - Click Advanced tab
    - Clear virtual data and click okay
    - Now turn Browser Security off and follow these steps here

    - Click Start -> Control Panel -> Internet Options
    - Click Delete -> Delete Temporary Internet Files
    - Security (Tab) -> Default Level
    - Advanced (Tab) -> Restore advanced settings

    Turn browser security back on and see if it works. Cheers,Fax
